Just wait for the monkey to press the button, you'll get an order confirmation on your email and you'll be ready to preload it.

Yay UK here and preload has just popped up, i sent CS and email earlier cos i was concerned about it not being listed in the games section and just reading as 'order submitted' and they also just sent me a very nice email with a discount code for future purchases! I think i shall do a happy dance! Nice CS origin

Apparently regions outside United States, and those around the U.K, will not be able to pre load the game. I'm talking to EA support at the moment and they say they do not have any pre load information for regions they do not support. So I'm guessing Latin American countries, India, Poland is in it aswell. According to the guy talking to me we will be able to load the game the day of the release. Not before.

I pre-ordered the DDE back in October on the Origin site. For some reason it's not even showing up on my Order list now though it shows up in the browser. What gives?

In Canada, purchased DDE thorugh Origin client Feb 15th and my PayPal account was charged immediately in full. Order History shows "Order Submitted" status and after re-starting the client several times still no pre-load...
