US east coast: not for me either. I saw the message pop up when I opened origin but I just pre-ordered the game a few minutes ago.

I have been restarting the client periodically like people are saying to do. I suppose I'll play the wait game, not even an email, but still... it's been 35 minutes.

There can be a delay to download based on the activity on the servers. This is not based on where you live, just on how busy things are.

Everyone should be able to begin uploading within the hour as more servers are brought online to handle the load. We appreciate your patience.

Is anyone seeing the pre-order bonuses under add-ons and bonuses? I pre-ordered directly from Origin (in the UK) so I should be getting the N7 Warfare Gear and the AT-12 but neither are listed. Was just wondering if this is normal?
