Alright, got the e-mail and pre-loading now. Phew - thought my order was messed up there!

OK, From Ashes is available for preload right now.

Edit: at least it's written that it's available for download but nothing happens if I click on it or select "preload now" from the menu. Assuming it will be available once the main game downloads.

If you click on the little i in the corner of the ME3 logo it'll show the other downloads in there.

right click the game icon and then click show game content.  it should show your available DLCs.

FWIW, try Logging out of Origin, not just "Exiting."

Dunno if that is what triggered it for me, but have download option after doing that.

Yeah. I have From Ashes, Digital Art Books, Soundtrack and N7 Collector's Edition Materials. I'm just going to assume they're included in the latter download, like Bigaddygun said.

To me it only shows four items:
From ashes, digital arts book, soundtrack and the n7 collectors edition material.

My bet is that they will send out another email with the preorder bonus (AT-12), just a wild guess tho.

It said March 8th on mine, and the release date for the UK is March 9th. Not sure what's up with that.

Don't forget we from the UK can also play on the 5th March using VPN.
