Release dates are wrong in the email - just did the release check (my pre-load has finished) and the release dates are what they previously stated.

I.E 6th March US and 9th UK. 

Maybe they stopped sending emails for that reason then haha... I wonder how they manage to get it wrong...

I preordered the digital deluxe version from Amazon. Received email a couple hours ago, at noon central the product code was available. I added it to origin and it is now downloading. No problems encountered so far.

Dunno if that is what triggered it for me, but have download option after doing that.

Yes you can, not sure if you can view them. From Ashes is also downloadable.

I bet you have but try restarting origin a few times. Mine became active about 5 mins after I got the email.

In the add-ons tab on Origin, it shows From Ashes DLC, the Collector's Edition Material, but where are the preorder bonuses? (AT-12 Raider and M55 Argus)

It got available to me after i rebooted my router. Had similar problems with origin before, where a router reboot fixes it. Can't be sure the reboot was what did it, but 20:10 norwegian time (5 min before writing this reply) I could not download ME3, then 20:12 norwegian time I could, after rebooting my router ... just letting you know if anyone still has problems

I'm thinking that they are inside the game, not downloaded as outer content. Must wait to though, but I'm thinking it works like that.

Can't download From Ashes but the N7 Collectors Edition Materials did...maybe reboot my PC too this time lol
