GBs tend to go towards more HD video in game, and higher resolution textures, graphics and special effects. ME3 looks like a super tweaked up version of ME2 in many regards. (Still some sadly ugly textures on unimportant things).

At least I have plenty to keep me busy until the release. My hard drive failed, which of course, destroyed all of my Mass Effect saves.

So I'm going to power through both just as soon as ME3 is finished downloading. I don't want Steam screwing with the speed.

I'm trying to power through ME2 myself, but I'm playing on Insanity mode for the first time. It's taking forever, I may just say forget it, put it on the lowest difficulty, and blast through the game in like 8 hours.

Yeah, insanity can start to complicate things. Playing the first few side quests on ME1 with insanity difficulty is very, very difficult.

I can't even do that because all of my achievements are gone. The highest level I can play on is veteran.

Damnit, I have mass effect three on my computer now. I thought that would satisfy me. But now I'm thiiiirsty for the release! Give it to us now. Wal-Mart screwed up and sent theirs out early. We deserve the same.

Nope, one of the devs said there isn't an HD texture pack planned. They also said "high-res textures are built into the game" but it's pretty obvious the person who said that thinks the current textures are high res.

I think the official release date/time is 12AM EST on March 6, because my timezone is CST, and Origin says "Your release date will be: Monday, March 05, 2012, 23:00".

Its the 6th March, if you have finished pre-load and run the release date checker it will tell you the 6th March.

Preload it and try to start the game, it will tell you the release date for your game.

Sorry if this has already been asked, but where do I find the digital deluxe edition contents? Specifically the digital artbook and soundtrack. The bonus folder only seems to contain 3 wallpapers.

Press on the i on the lower left corner of ME3 DD Edition.
