For me it is in 'my games', says 'unreleased' serial number 'xxxxx', so no predownload for me (yet). Restarting origin etc doesn't work. Oh well.

Mine's still showing up as unreleased but the order is still registering as submitted and not confirmed from why I ordered it like 3 months ago, does anybody know if that should fix itself or is an EA support kind of thing?

Yeah, same here. Restarted Origin a couple of times and still nothing. In UK.

Same here, have the digital CE purchased through the Origin client (I think, it's been a while)

Mine says submitted, ive not been charged and its not on my games list preordered back in feb.

What speeds everyone running at? Mines at 4.5mb/sec should be done in 40mins.

If you having trouble with Origin not allowing pre-load. Restart Origin and Computer.
