My system is 3-4 years old. I don't want to risk bottlenecking anything so I was wondering if my Intel Q8200 Quad 2.33 GHz and Nvidia GTX460 768Gddr3 and 8 gigs of DDR2 Ram is good enough to play this game. I play it on max setting at resolution of 1440x900 with 58-60 fps solid but I get casual droped frames at 40-45fps but only for a second, I think its when stuff is loading in the background.
Question about my rig...

Yes.
You might be able to overclock that quad core to 3GHz if you know how and have a suitable motherboard and cooling.

No it's been years since I had a setup like yours. It's not worth buying a new motherbaord just for your PC, you might as well upgrade the RAM, the motherboard and the processor.
