Is there a single video out of a full conversation with the dialog wheel?

It seems every part of the game has been showcased except the actual dialog trees, romantic options, and real decision-making on alien worlds, aka core rpg gameplay.

To be frank, Mass Effect and especially Mass Effect 2 are special because of the amazing flow to the conversation options and depth between you and your squadmates. Without that, ME2 is only an ok rpg and a medicore shooter.

But that is the one thing Bioware isn't giving us, the core gameplay, which leads me to believe they have gutted the whole experience, not just during quick cutscenes, and they are too worried about fan reaction they rather just keep quiet about it.

We know that we have dialog options during combat cutscenes where if Shepard explains his goals well he can get more support in a battle, but that is not the same as showing off the worlds and rpg elements, if they exist. :bandit:

showing the romance options and big decisions before the game is released? sounds like an absolutely brilliant plan to me!
no seriously, you never do that, with any game, that would be stupid. you promote your game with actual gameplay (action gameplay that is) and cinematics. hasn´t been any different with me2 or da/da2 an so on.

Incorrect. You jumped at my romance options statement and ignored everything else I said. I don't want spoilers (big ones anyway). I want to see one conversation play out with one npc on one alien world at the very least before buying.

Yes, but it is from the unfinished demo leaked in November. They cut it out of the actual release, but in between landing on Sur'Kesh and talking to Mordin, there is an opportunity to talk to Kirrahe and others. The video I saw had a discussion with Kirrahe, which was brief, and ended in 'investigate' options.

Other than that, I haven't seen any videos - there aren't many featuring dialogue to reduce spoilers.

There is a leaked beta video on youtube, and in that video you can see that you still have the "investigate" options. Lots of dialogue choices. Made me happy when I saw it.
