I've been playing Mass Effect 3 since March and it's been absolutely fine for me until today. I finally got the Leviathan DLC and was happily playing it, when suddenly my connection (first to Origin, then to the ME3 servers) was mysteriously cut. Also, today I found that whenever I want to boot up the game, it says something about "syncing cloud data". That didn't happen when I played the game a few weeks ago... To make things worse, I can't connect to the ME3 or EA servers, even though I'm logged into Origin, so now it says it "can't authenticate DLC". My internet connection seems to be okay... I'm kinda pissed off now. Almost 6 months of no problems and *now* it does this??

I been having this problem for over 4 months now intermitently. Most recently, I was playing yesterday morning with all my DLC's just fine and working. Then I tried playing repeatedly for the last 3 hours to no avail because "Cannot connect to Mass Effect 3 Server" Cannot authorize listed DLC's" and Im fed up with this. EA please take into consideration the thoughts of your customers, I beg you dont get complacent and decide to take for yourselves. And FYI for me its 12:46 am on 10/14/2012 right now. <_< Please EA do something about your messed up DRM, please give us an update for the DRM that makes it so we dont loose our DLC when we loose connection to the internet, I, WE are begging you!

well its certain, that they dont care if we connect or not, i called for telephone help and the guy did not eve attempt to help me,, all he said is we know its our end , not even a sorry,, basicly i wasted money getting this game, will never be able to get one of the good ending because cant get the items needed in multi to gain that end,,,I should have listen to the review on this game and never bought it,,i now have had the game 2 weeks and have been only able to connect to server 5 hours, the rest the same lame message,,unable to connect to server at this time, please try again later, yeah right
they dont attempt to help you atm because there trying to figure out why there is a problem, the simplest option would be for EA to disable the idiotic DRM system via an origin patch and remove 90% of the problem however there not exactly known for cleverness, and no doubt there having arguments at the board level about this very problem on a weekly basis, of course there not being helped by the fact certain individuals of nefarious intent are deliberatly targeting the drm authentication server(s) with the sole intent of getting it disabled (which will inadvertantly help EA's buisness as more people will play ea games a funny side effect for a group claiming there goal is to destroy big buisness)
the next reason they wont help is because they are awarre of there being a problem wihtin there server network and they know there going ot need ot do a forced reboot of there network once they finish identifying the problem and replace the faulty parts
the CSR's cant do anything on such a problem other than tell you politly that it exists and there sorry, they probably dont even have anything other than a standard script on a screen wiht a red flashing message telling them theres a server side fault
its sad but its the way the world works especially since all the big buisness companies are contracting out for everything
