 Ive heard that weapons from ME2 will import to 3 but Ive been unable to find out if this is only for dlc of if the revenant, claymore, or widow will import. 

Does the import apply to all weapons?

We don't know if weapons actually import. We know all weapons, including DLC, are in ME 3. As well as all of the Armor.
