Who's the best person to take with you on Mordin's loyalty mission? I keep taking either Garrus or Miranda, but I'd like to try it with someone else that might make the mission easier.

Seriously though, if you're switching it up, I'd recommend Grunt. He's tough and makes a pretty funny comment at one point.

Well, the best companion for Mordin's LM is Mordin himself. Since you said on the other thread that you were playing an adept, again I'd recommend a companion with either Pull or Warp.
So the usual combo would be: remove armor with Mordin's Incinerate, and then Pull+Warp with Shepard and the other companion.

Whenever I fight Krogan or husks I bring grunt. nothing more satisying then an enemy getting a little to close for comfort, am about to switch to shotgun but then you hear "I AM KROGAN!!" and he charges into anything and kills them
