Well, the new video they posted of mars proves that the animations have not improved.

Ugh.... the galaxy map looks so dumb now. So the more we scan, eventually we trigger a little reaper chase, and then the system is locked out to us until time passes (complete a mission). Also we apparently pick up completely random assets from planets, like missile launchers, and we'll be constantly using the scan button to pick up assets in space.
It looks as though it will be a LOT better then planet scanning IMO.
Sure it doesn't look incredibly fun, but as long as its even remotely entertaining, its something I can get behind.

It actually indicates that the reapers will be on Shep's tail throughout the game, This will add a small sense of urgency.

Wrong.
She never reviewed games to my knowledge, she hosted their show a few times as well as G4TV's show, but never has she reviewed a game (I think).
Colin will be doing the review, that's that.

Mass Effect is the only series that IGN actually gives credit that is deserved. They genuinely love Mass Effect. Their reviews of other games are atrocious.
That is probaly one of the most biased things I've read all day.
Well, it varies from reviewer to reviewer. I find myself disagreeing with IGN more often than not, but even a broken clock is right twice a day.
Then I guess you're just weird. =)
Haha just kidding. If you are finding that you disagreeing with many of the reviews, then it just means your a different type of gamer that many of the reviews.
There are many games that IGN gives a lower score to, but still has huge followings. Doesn't mean the those gamers are weird, or that IGN is biased.
It seems to me that you are the stubborn one, seeing how you states things like "even a broken clock is right twice a day" All that assumes is that your review are always right.
Here is one thing to remember: Just because you like it, doesn't mean it's good. If you loved a game, that doesn't automatically mean it's a good game. Sometimes, we just like bad things. And if you cannot admit that, that sucks for you. There are plenty of games, which I know are badly written and just plain suck, but I still enjoy them very much.

Yeah, they replaced limited probes with limited actions (+ an annoying lockout apparently).

What are you talking about at the start of ME2 you decide on all the major decisions from ME1 and it affects the storyline of me2, to my memory there is only to minor decisions ps3 uses will miss out on and thats conrad and that spy chicknickkcin11 wrote...
Do they have an Xbox/PC one? No offense but the PS3 version is worse since your decisions can't carry over from ME1.

How about neither? Picking one of two badly designed mechanic doesn't make them good.
