as people have said - its a review of mass effect 3 - not a review of mass effect 1,2 and 3- it seems he picked not to import to see how the "new" fans experience the game and since bioware and EA have said its a stand alone game and best jumping in point - lets see how that plays out .

I like the new galaxy map changes and the scanning seems ALOT less aggravating now, with an added element of risk. I approve so far.

Hm, alright, I take back what I said. This 'reaper chase' event only takes place in systems the Reapers have conquered, which I guess will accelerate with time and story events. But we can go to these systems with our stealth drives, scanning debris in space and picking up salvage from planets that have fallen, with an added risk of being detected. Also the scan button detects ALL war assets, both in space and on planets. This is a lot better than the way I thought it worked.

Let's be honest here. Bioware never had good animations. This is not a first. It's just so much more clear in this case.

The regular movement animation is the same as the demo where it looks like your sliding through water or something it still looks stupid and i beat anderson still does his stick up the a** run to.

I think it will get a 8.5-9 it won't get a 10 (Due to bugs, Animations, clipping issues, framerate hiccups etc) I could see the PS3 version getting an 8 due to the really bad optimization.
