seriously, buying a vet pack and having it full of human characters you already have maxed out is getting really annoying.

Not to mention I've gotten way too many asari adept cards. Please tell me its fixed in the retail game, because it's pretty damn stupid.

I agree, the wasted character cards after you get to level 20 will all customizations is annoying.

this talks about how theres more stuff in the retail, that doesn't mean we still won't get 1,800 male human soldier cards before unlocking anything good.

The weapons stop popping after 10
the mods stop popping after 5

WHY DON'T CHARACTERS STOP POPPING!!!

I don't know I'm just a simply Krogan, they just point me in a direction and I kill everything over there.

Seriously, by now Bioware has heard the message loud and clear at least in these forums that some players aren't happy with the character card system. This forum is full of these threads, repeating the same message isn't going to change things any quicker.

I for one think the system is fine and and extra character cards aren't ruining the game really, it's all fake money anyway since it's going back to zero when the game is out. So just enjoy the free demo with the time we have left.

It is pissing me off because, I have gotten all of the silver weapons, and maxed them to 10. I always by vet packs...but here's the thing:

A vet pack guarantees an uncommon or better right? Well, i have gotten all the uncommons, except for the silver Turian (which i find weird since all other races are gold rare unlocks). So there is only one uncommon left for it to give me, but instead, i by a vet pack and get all blue items, and no silvers or gold, even though there is a silver that i have not gotten, and the vet pack guarantees...so stupid.

A few nights ago I must have bought 4 or 5 veteran packs in a row like this. It's very upsetting (for some of us) when this happens. A lot of random sympathizers say "it's fine the way it is" or "leave it alone", because they recieved something they wanted very early on. I've read about people getting to their 70th level without getting one new character, and that's terrible considering we don't all have the time to do it. I will admit that my level of excitement is jubilous when I get something good, but whether it's worth the frusteration of wasting boat loads of credits time and time again or not is most definitely debatable.

I'm one of the lucky ones with all of the characters unlocked and most of the weapons, but I would prefer a conventional store with higher priced individual items. That way you could buy exactly what you wanted...for a much higher price. That could even the game out, though I doubt we will see that in full game. I heard rumors about a spectre pack in the full game, so that should give us a bigger chance of unlocking higher grade weapons and characters faster. Better than what we have right now, at least.

All in all, I LOVE the multiplayer experience. It's not perfect, but I came in expecting little and getting a lot. Even though I see many comments that basically say "No use in crying over it, Bioware's decision is final", I feel these things NEED to be discussed. How else are things supposed to change? Sitting back and saying nothing at all? I hope this little tidbit gets fixed or at least works better in the full game. And with dlc as an option, I am really optimistic for this mode in the long run as something I can contiue to mess around in after I've beaten the game a few times.

all they need to do is make it so vet packs actually give us our uncommon or better, and make it so we stop getting human (gender) (class) 143983024574890 times.

Even more annoying, people have actually got 3.6 Million Credits from a game, you'd usually think that'd get you everything. But most of them didn't even get all the characters, or weapons.

It may be fake money, but that fake money represents a very real time investment. As the saying goes, Time is Money. This issue is wasting our time. Therefor, it should be obvious what else it's wasting. Many of us have jobs that we have to work at to support ourselves, so the time we have to play is limited. It'd be nice if that time was respected.

The Veteran pack is also misrepresented. It very specifically says it will have an uncommon or better card. Yet we're getting packs of all commons, because we didn't earn a rare card, and we have all the uncommon cards. That doesn't sound right to me at all. It sounds very misleading.

This is an issue, and it deserves to be addressed. Not in the demo, because nothing we do in that carries over, so they've said, but it must be addressed in the full version of ME3.

they do have a good point though, I'm still a student and had this entire week off and spent most of it playing the demo. Got the thing I wanted 2 days ago after about a week of playing with way to much of my time spent on the game. I feel for the people who want to play the way they want without all the time i had with the same crud luck I have.

I personally don't mind the system, but trying to look at it from the perspective of a working individual, I really don't want to risk the chance of having to wait several weeks to play what I want when i only get a limited time to play each week.

I am banking on the implementation of those higher packs mentioned earlier though, as long is it/they are not insanely pricey it should hopefully ease the feeling of time wasted, as long as they don't have that same thing over and over again scenario (unless it happens to be something you like ;3)
