Recent photos of the upcoming Mass Effect 3 DLC, "From Ashes", have been released from Game Stop depicting images of different armor varients for Kaiden, James Vega, and Liara. Another shows a new weapon that can only be aquired in the DLC and also one of the new Prothean squadmate blasting away Collectors on Eden Prime.

Love Liara's new outfit. Also really digging on the idea of the "three amigos" squad like they show in the one screen.

well liar and the prothean are your squadmates throught he entire game so i would expect that

all that stuff looks awesome, but i'm more curious about the collectors being in that photo of prothy. any one know anything about that?

Oh i figured they were all wiped out after the SM but perhaps they'll make a cameo for a mission or two

I think that is partly due to how he was raised. He was born during the war against the Reapers and trained from an early age to become a warrior bent on bringing back the glory of the Prothean empire. His objective is to destroy the Reapers at any cost - but there is also a lot of wisdom to the things he says. He knows what mistakes his people made, and he helps guide you through that. He also is sympathetic to the people of 'this cycle' when it comes to their worlds being obliterated by the Reapers.
