Put here all the comments that you wish you could tell people you've played with. Try to keep this lighthearted and not a place to dump your rage.
I'll start:

DO remember engineers that Overload now effects barriers and nonshielded troopers so that next time I'm cornered by a phantom you can be of help

DON"T try to snipe with a shotgun. Shotguns do not work that way

DO remember to take cover, you are not Superman, bullets still hurt

DON"T melee everything in site. I know that melee is 100X more awsome but no one cares when you try it on a fully armored Atlas

DON'T use the sniper rifle as a shotgun. this should go without saying

DO remember where the turrets are because it's getting hard to believe that a turret snuck up on you

DON'T try to play gold without an infiltrator and asari adept, you will die because it's badly balanced

I have to disagree with you on this one, good sir.

Enemies don't always get close enough to me for me to not use the scope, BUT WHEN THEY DO...

DO remember that the Cobra Missile Launcher can kill an Atlas in a single shot (except on Gold difficulty), and usually take out a large number of foes around the Atlas to boot.

DON'T all fire your Cobras at the same Atlas just because you're trying to get extra points. Even on Bronze, you're likely to get about 3 or even 4 Atlas spawns in the one mission. Don't waste your Cobra missiles needlessly.

DON'T go charging out by yourself! This is not CoD stick with the team! Especially if its on gold or your a low lvl

DO finish detonations that team-members have set up.

DO check the flanks.

DON'T forget to use those ops packs/medigel/etc if you need it.

DON'T run around in front of team-member's guns, UNLESS you're playing vanguard or krogan soldier.

DO check around corners.

This... seriously, it's annoying for someone to just walk into your line of fire when your weapon of choice is the widow... <_<

why would you need an infiltrator to beat gold. Its only needed if team dies constantly, in other words team is bad to begin with.

if you want to nitpick, fine. just an asari. a good salarian infiltrator speeds things along quite nicely, and that has nothing to do with cloaked pickups.

Don't check flanks for possible incoming phantoms, it makes the game too easy
Don't shoot missles at the Atlas, they catch them and throw them back
Do play a Vanguard with a Widow
Don't ready up when you're in a lobby with other people
Don't move with the team to capture objectives or take out targets
Do run off on your own and when you die, blame it on your teammates. They should've run off with you anyway.
Do run into a room without checking all possible places a turret can be, especially if the kill feed shows your teammate just died to one
Do remember that kills count, so complain every .8 seconds and misconstrue teamwork for kill stealing

I have killed a few enemies including a phantom by hip shooting my sniper rifle . And yes do get to the extraction zone, you ass!

With the smart choke mod it it does. You won't get headshots (often), but with a few shots you can kill almost anything from half the map away. Especially bigger targets (atlases).

Works quite well if you either aim it at their head or are just finishing off an injured enemy. It works like a slightly less powerful (and harder to aim) claymore.

^ this, so badly.

DO stay in the data uploading zone, when there's data uploading. 1 out of 4 people just isn't enough, you all get extra kills, but we all get lesser bonus credits. not to mention it just takes so damn long uploading alone.

DO use communication. 90% of the people HAVE a mic AND also will listen to you. that goes for telling them to stay in the uploading/LZ area as well as tactics and warnings about phantoms etc. ALSO, people CAN hear you, even if you are dead. It can be helpful to watch out for them.

DON'T have the mic on all the time, so we can hear your conversation with your girlfriend or extremely loud ear killing rubbing/breathig noises. I've had both happening!

DO use the missile launcher in desperate situations, where your whole team starts marathon reviving, while being surrounded by phantoms. One shot to the ground clears the situation.

DON'T waste the missile launcher too early in a session. Especially gold. Keep it for when it gets really hot later on.
