 I have been playing this demo for a very long time and I have yet to unlockm a single character. What gives?

Gaining credits from completing mission objectives during a mission.
Then you buy packs. Recruit Pack or Veteran Pack from the store. But, be warned, you have to sometimes have patience, because you don't always get them.

If you buy the Veteren packs, that is how you'll get the rare characters (such as the Krogan solider).  But yes, patience is key.

You get most of the New Ones in the Veteran Packs, along with the good weapons. That's who I have the Mattock and Revenant Assault Rifles, the Claymore Shotgun, and the Widow Sniper Rifle (Perfect For Head Shots).

It is matter of luck, i personaly unlocked characters from Recruit and Veteran Packs. IF you have 1 lvl20 character win couple of gold mission (win don't lose in some wave) and you will get many credits buy every time 2 of veteran pack and you will quickly get some other characters. I also played many missions for now i only don't have Krogan.

Well i have unlocked everything but asari yet and they are a pain to unlock i've probably buyed 80 veterans packs and still no f*cking adept, are they really that rare just wonder if anyone have the same trouble.

I have unlocked all the possible humans through the recruit pack and nearly all the possible aliens (besides drell) in the veteran pack.

I dont think its too hard, well if you play in bronze you get like 30k of credits..
i never completed the gold mission but "i think" you get more then 50k, so if its boring ? yeah, but not hard.

You can buy 20+ veteran packs and not unlock any characters. I'm on an amazingly bad streak of luck lately but prior to that I managed to unlock a Turian Sentinel and an Asari Adept within the same day. I've gotten the Krogan Soldier and Asari Adept character cards multiple times which... is just odd considering how rare people say they are. Since I started playing I've been gunning for only one class: Salarian Infiltrator. No luck yet.
