EA/Origin, do your European customers a favour and fix all these bugs and problems that North Americans apparently do not have.

My matchmaking success rate with quick match must be ~10%

The lag is probably just you playing on servers from the other side of the atlantic. I've heard that traffic shaping between national hubs is getting worse and worse.

Ports, graphics and so on have nothing to do with connection errors. Setting up games with your friends is a mess. When everyone finally manages to join, things work ok - I haven't experienced connection issues in-game thus far. It's pretty lame having to spend more time preparing a match than actually playing one

This stage is the appropriate time for users to report major issues and to see them resolved before they have purchased the final product.
It's conceptually ridiculous to call embracing that "entitlement".

and on the matter taking ages to join I rarely have this issue, maybe like 3 times a day at best if I am mashing the game.
I am also a european customer on a xbox 360 so unless you can say what format your playing it on i would say its an issue on your side.

Noticed this myself today.
I've been disconnected from the match about half way through each match because Origin signed me out (my actual internet connection is fine).
And I tried inviting some people on my origin friends list into the team slots, only for them to be not able because it's apparantly 'full'. Where yesterday there was no issue.

It is not a beta but a demo. Huge difference.
So I can understand people being worried that these issues could carry over the full game.
