I'm having really bad trouble, when I tried to purchase Kasumi: Stolen memories for mass effect 2, I had been overcharged, I had 1120 since I had purchased Lair of the Shadow Broker about a minute before, then when it confirmed my purchase, it told me I only had 320 bioware points left and Kasumi: Stolen Memories doesn't show up in my registered content list, I think I was charged twice for Lair of the Shadow Broker, I'm not sure
Can someone please help me?
I tried to buy Kasumi: Stolen Memories, now it won't show up in my registered content list and I was billed for DLC I had bought a few minutes before

Oh, also I haven't tried to find any help, I was hoping a moderator of the site would be more hope than anyone from EA services etc.

I've found out through my email that when I tried to purchase Kasumi: Stolen Memories, it instead charged me for another copy of Lair of the Shadow Broker
