So it looks like their biggest criticism was graphics.

Good thing I don't care about graphics, eh?

I stopped caring much about graphics sometime in the middle of PS2 era. From that point, games just looked good enough to me (as in, the polygon count was big enough that I didn't have problems recognizing the objects lol) that it may have stayed that way forever.

If the graphics are the biggest issue with ME3 then ... WOOHOO!

Seriously, the best games I played have not been the ones with the best graphics and it just shows Bioware focuses on the right things. Good thing they know which criticism to ignore and which they should take to heart. This sounds like my kind of game and I am really starting to lose scepticism about this game. Now I am also getting excited, good thing it is less than 2 weeks until release.

Because they didn't get the PC version yet. That's also the reason why there is no final score. But they already gave the game an award for the quality of the story.

Is this german? or are you just randomly typing letters to make fun of me?

The textures on PC where already miles better than the consoles on the demo, i do not see why it should lowered at the full one.
Leaving the textures aside the story is what we need most.

i ran ps3 version and pc version neck to neck i see no difference.

Well as a fellow german countryman I support him making fun of people who call german 'barbaric'. Especially those with italian sounding names.

You only get to break review embargo if you're going to tell people it's a great game.  Reviews are worthless,  pre-launch reviews are external PR pieces.

It doesn't seem an Italian sounding names (italian  person here). If it has to be a Latin language, I'd say Spanish or Portuguese.
Btw, I like german, and Germany in general (I'd love to work there).

Normally, I would agree about pre-launch reviews. But why wouldn't they just pretend that they were playing the PC version and give it some overhyped score if that were the case here.

Or it could be because the print embargo is completely different from the embargo for websites. Though, let's go with yours, since that suits BSN better.

The only review site I trust is Metacritic. It balances the good and bad reviews as well as the ones that have been paid for and the ones that have not.

Depends on what the reviewer meant by cutscene, I think. Are they pre-recorded segments such as the Normandy tearing the Collector cruiser a new one with the Thanix cannon, or in-game segments such as the melding of the minds of Shiala and Shepard so that the latter may receive the cipher?

Jesus on the graphics forefront. It almost seems like they regressed.

Then again did the PS3 version of ME2 have complaints about textures? I know there was framerate issues.

I'm usually more forgiving when we are on the last years of each generation.
Mostly, because games take consoles as base platform, that means that their graphics are limited by it.
So you can't ask to something that has 5 years old to show something that is avaiable only on the latest hardware.
It's an unrealistic thinking.

The problem here is that you are already convinced ME3 will suck, so I shouldn't listen to a damn thing you say, either.

My point was this: If graphics really are the game's #1 stumbling point, then I don't have to worry, since I'm not a graphics nut.  In fact, less intense graphics means it will run more smoothly on my junky laptop.
