Even 4 years down the road. Atleast the option is there.
So you never update your PC? Most computers now can run even very intensive games back in the day such as Crysis and I'm sure basic PCs even two or three years from now will have no problems with Battlefield or Witcher 2.
For home PCs...no.
Gamers have an unrealistic assumption of how oftent he average person updates their PC. On gaming and tech forums, the average seems to be 2 years. However, MS has done "general population" polls and the average home PC is only upgraded roughly the same time a new version of Windows comes out...
It _IS_ one of the factors that makes consoles so popular...Personally, I'm GLAD that ME3 can still work with any PC that could play ME2 There's something inherently wrong IMO in that people seem to LIKE games that can't be played with a 4-5 year old computer.
I consider the Witcher 2 a prime example of what is wrong with the game industry and I really don't understand how PC fans seem to like having to update their computers every 2 years...

I swear I'm 32 and I feel I've hit the first generation gap...
Edit: Good to see fellow Greek ( or non-Greeks knowing Greek history and mythology) gamers here!

A 'flashback' of your choices and consequences would be nice.
I'm guessing it's a set up to a future spin off. Like a baby reaper slowly opening it's eyes as the camera zooms in with ominous music playing in the background.
It'll be something that allows for a spinoff. But I think this trilogy is the end of the Reapers as we know it. Instead, once the threat is defeated, the credits will roll and then...
Andromeda Galaxy Observer 1: Shepard has become too powerful. We should've acted long before now!
Andromeda Galaxy Observer 2: There is no reason to be concerned, the fate of this fool has been sealed.
Andromeda Galaxy Observer 3: But can we be so sure? The Great Merge is approaching. The readings are off the charts!
Andromeda Galaxy Observer 4: This "Milky Way" is doomed, there is no escape...
Andromeda Galaxy Observer 1: One more thing, gentlemen... are they aware the Citadel Relay is still active?

Didn't see a difficulty stated in the OP; just my impression. Then again, I had an easier time on the PC than on the 360.

And they actually wrote it feels tangibly more difficult up from "Medium" than ME1 and ME2 did, just that the AI still has some old, dumb routines they already criticized before.

You don't have to? My PC is four years old I bought it for around 700$ would of been 550$~ if I had built it myself. And I can run BF3, SC2 and all of the newer games on high or ultra at 60fps. I've had to replace one part which only cost me 50$ after rebates and re-selling my old GPU. Since technology is way ahead of what game engines can work with you can get a PC today for 400-600$ that is better than mine and can run every game on high/ultra at 60fps.
If you game on a laptop I supose you're screwed, but really laptops aren't built for gaming no matter what they tell you.
Honestly if you have to replace your PC every two years you bought an office pc or you don't take very good care of it.

And I'm 20.
It has nothing to do with the physical age of people. Or what generation you grew up in.
There'll always be people acting this way

There's always this naive hope that a game comes out and it'll be really good. As in above average. Unfortunately for us and you, the only way of wishes being heard is communicating them. Since there are many "zOMG AWSUM!" opinions, there should also be "whine" opinions to counter.

Ha... I was just thinking the exact same thing.. maybe a human form Reaper.. that's only human size (for some reason..)..
His name could be 'Revan the Reaper".. (or a better name.. lol).
This review gave me so many geekgasms it's hard to contain...
The „Role-Play“ mode of the game (In contrast to „Action“ and „Story“) feels very much like ME1 - yes.. just, yes..
The 40 hour gameplay to mount a minimal offense... yes.. yes yes.
The Stupid AI - since I thought the AI in the demo was already LOADS better than ME2.. this being one of their only low points (along with textures which I don't care about.. ) made me equally Geekgasm
Considering the fact Gamestar only gave ME2 a 87/100.. 90/100 is something to write home about..
" *Barely Contained Excitement* , Prediction; Mass Effect 3 will finish on 98 Meta Score"
Geekgasms101 over here..

They are giving it a good grade even if it's the worst game ever made cause they are paid to do so.

Honestly if anyone is basing his purchase on a review made by a site that got the copy ahead of time is insane.

Paid to do so? Given a free copy of the game (or a couple/few) maybe but paid, no. Your conspiracy theories have no merit here.

In principle, yes, but believe me when I say people were not this hateful over things when I was 20. At least not vocally.

Why german has to be such a barbaric language?
"Italian is proper language for opera all educated people agree on that. German is...to brutal for singing."
I doubt anybody's seen this movie, but it just came to my mind when I saw this. No offense intended.
Actually, the most operas ever produced were german and italian, because the singers voices were forceful enough to deliver their lines across a whole ballroom.

I just bet they didn't play it on Insanity, the AI is an evil genius there.
The difficulty isn't the issue, but rather that the enemies either don't move and stay where they are, run blindly towards you or they often peek out of their cover where you can tell when they do that.

That's enough for me to let me know it will be a good experience and worth playing. Graphics and game mechanics are secondary... (can you tell I don't care much about FPS/action games?)
