It's more likely that she was recruited by the Alliance, who were impressed by her biotic ability and wanted to benefit from it somehow. They may not be one hundred percent familiar with her, ah, more colorful exploits.

To be honest, were I Jack, I'd strongly consider the chance to make an honest living with zero risk of going to prison again even if my psycho days WEREN'T over yet. Also, after Pragia, I think Jack may have mellowed out some, having vented the worst of her frustrations by nuking the place where she spent her childhood being tortured.

Even without the romance, after her loyalty she is really at the point where she can finally move past what happened to her.

No, it doesn't, the Jack stil winds up teaching biotic kids either romanced/renegaded or not

I screwed Jack over, I was just trying to be her friend and before I knew it their was a choice to talk about their relationship (which I hadn't thought exsisted). Suffice to say, after that all she says if **** OFF!.. I wonder what her reaction will be in ME3 to that lol

I don't think so. As far as we know, there are only 8 potential squadmates in Mass Effect 3, they are, as follows:

1-2. Kaiden/Ashely (Human)
3. James Vega (Human)
4. Liara T'soni (Asari)
5. Garrus Vakarian (Turian)
6. Tali Zorah (Quarian)
7. EDI (Android/AI)
8. >>Unknown<< (Prothean)

EDIT: Yeah, I forgot about the rumors of EDI being on the team. So yeah. All 8 places are filled, and Bioware said to expect a smaller team in ME3... and like I said, I doubt they would put another human on the team. Our squad has to be more diverse than that.

It isn't a krogan or a human. It's EDI in a "sexy" android body.

they would not redesigned her that much if she was just a temporary squad mate thay didnot do it for any other ones seen so far

 i read the leak script,she not a permanent squad member.you will have option to go save her at Grissom Academy,if not she be capture and indoctrinated and later fight you as PHANTOM
