Well for the American ones we used APRS but it doesn't seem to be working...........and neither is the ME3 website however that didn't work that well from the get go anyway.

i think you need to go buy a hobo coat/fake white beard a can in a brown bag and follow it.  When BW arrives say something along the lines of waiting/ looking(for)a decade
