Oh and I don't have the right plugins on my browser at work so if peeps can relay pics of the latest location every so often that would be awesome, then I can see if it's worth hunting down :)

Eh, my sister lives Cambridge way, but apart from that I've got no hope - Can't leave school to go searching for it. Good luck to anyone on the hunt!

Well by the looks of that map they predicted it would be launching from the middle of London, but according to the Mass Effect twitter, the London copies are actully being launched from Cambridge so they will theoretically go somewhere within the outer London area.

Updated prediction with the Cambridge launch location.

http://gametestlab.c...prediction.html

Ahh right hadn't seen that yet, I was wondering where the new prediction landing site would be.

The Bexley Heath/Darford area is pretty easy and fast for me to get to (M20 then M25) but I've only played Mass Effect on the PC, and the first time I play ME3 I want it too be with one of those save files, so I probably won't bother (shame its only console versions)

.............then again if they keep on traveling south and into Kent I might change my mind <_<

Hmm looks to me like all winds are blowing SW to NE at the moment, not very strong though. Time to deploy Zhuge Liang!

Good old UK trains. Charged me £250 to get to Bristol once. I could probably get to the Czech republic for that!

ha, yea... they tried to charge me £50 for a basingstoke/bristol return. sod that.
£28.50 to get to the guesstimated landing zone for me, then plus whatever else in travel to the actual landing =(

On the plus side, less chance of shotguns to stare down Image IPB

I think from the amount of people here saying it's too hard/too long to get to the outskirts of London you get an idea of...

a) The quality of the UK transport system
B) How much people like London

:D

Well since we've had Shepard, Cerberus, Normandy and Krogan, I can only assume we still have Turian, Asari, etc. Personally I'm hoping for an Asari balloon.

Ah, yes, Asari. We have heard this claim before. Image IPB

They should all have been called Normandy, since on each outing a gang of Collectors sneaks up and tears it apart *ba dum tish* Image IPB

If it floats out to the East of London I may have a chance but I'm not holding my breath, what's the likelihood of it landing in a school playground :P
Not too fussed anyway, I play all my ME games on my PC and have saved games, shame there wasn't a PC version included. Don't like playing on consoles - too much distraction from others in the house so lacks immersion. Good luck to all those out on the hunt!

Not heard anything yet. Maybe they are too depressed from all the lovely grey weather we have today.

Indeed, I have a PC version too, but my brother can play Xbox games, and I'd just like to be involved :D.

Possibly waiting on wind reports. MET usually issues their afternoon report around mid-day.

Lol i love how theres only 6 pages on this thread, personally im a PC player so i dont feel very motivated to go chase it down. Unless the balloon fancies floating over to Reading and landing somehwere nearby, then ill consider it purely for the extra bits and pieces.
