So I was wondering about the Prothean... I read somewhere that he will be part of the game anyways and that the dlc only gives you a mission to make him your companion and some clothes etc.
So basically will you still meet him in-game and be able to talk to him even without the dlc?

It is implied you will have contact with a Prothean in Mass Effect 3. Whether or not it's Javik is up in the air.

Well because this is in a spoiler section I am almost certain from reading stuff that the Prothean is indeed in the game with or without the DLC. I think the DLC just adds him as your squadmate.
