In a full game, How many skill/talent points can you get from doing everything to the maximum level you can gain and buying all the skill books that you can get?
Hope someone can answer please.

My level 23 Warrior ended up with 30 talents.
7 full lines of 4, 2 points in Archery.

You get 3 talent/spell points to spend at level 1 . Then you get 1 each level up to the cap at 25. There are also 3 bonus talent/spell points awarded after points in the main quest line. Makes for a total of 30 talent/spell points if you manage to get to level 25. That count doesn't include the potential 3 talent/spell points from books.

Mage's can get an extra talent, if you make a deal the the desire deamon in red cliff.

There are various ways to get these.
Leveling
Books (one of which is the Formari tome dlc)
Other (quest rewards and such)
How many you end up with depends on your level and what other things you find/get.
