I bought Dragon Age 2 earlier this year and have successfully played and registered the game on this forum.
When I tried to redeem the Online Pass, it said the code was invalid. It's the same on BSN and the PSN. I entered the exact code as printed on the piece of paper that came with the game. It is stated that the code expires March 31, 2012 so it's not a case of expired code.
When I clicked the link "Email Us" down there it took me to the EA site and there's no way to send an email on that site.
Please help.

was the game new or pre owned? If it was pre owned (aka used) chances are someone used the code all ready, then turned around and sold their copy for what ever reason, in which case your JOL (just out of luck).

It was brand new. I had to unwrap the plastic wrappings top get to the disk.
It was bought in the United States by my brother in law but I'm using it in Malaysia. Is the code invalid outside the US? I had no problems registering the game here (on this site.)

The code itself is region locked as far as I know. so you'll need to create a US PSN account to redeem it. I'm guessing you've been trying to redeem it through a PSN account that isn't linked to the US Playstaion store.

As for contaacting customer service go to: https://help.ea.com/...ge/dragon-age-2
log in using the same login information for this site, then click the talk to a game advisor button, hopefully that should help you get in contact with someone more knowledgeable then me.

Thanks. I guess my PSN Store is the Malaysian one because the prices are in the local currency.
I will try the customer service. Otherwise, no Black Emporium for me.
