I just got done with a match where I spent a solid minute playing with a phantom, blowing the ****** off it with concussive shot. It hops around but I know for sure my shot clipped through it sometimes.

However it didn't even move her barriers. Is concussive shot bugged or are phantoms immune to it somehow?

If the Phantom is doing her "cartwheel" move, don't waste your abilities then. Wait for her to finish that and then you'll usually be able to stagger her with concussive. I kill phantoms alot with that skill when on my Soldier. Rip their shields down then just knock em around

When she has her palm shield thing up she is immune to all powers.

Thanks, I guess phantoms learned the immunity roll from the witcher.
