I remember when ME2 came out and people just spammed PM's to others with spoilers.

I'll be leaving the forums for a week or two. So I dont spoil any more of the story for myself, and so I dont have to listen to anyone complaining about the game while I'm playing it. Well, not any more complaints than usual

I will probably avoid BSN the 6th and 7th of March, since my copy arrives on the 8th (The Netherlands and Belgium get stuff like this on thursdays usually, so one day earlier than the rest of Europe, yeah!).
I only hope my CE gets delivered BEFORE the 8th, so I can start playing on thursday right away (EA usually has some release date check).

Wish I would get it that soon. Sadly, my copy is sent the day Mass Effect 3 is officialy released in Europe. So I probably get it on saturday (darn you bol.com!).

And if I were you I'd expect a release date check.

I will be gone from the forums until I either get stuck or finish the game. Then after enjoying the game will come back here and find out that the game actually sucked big time and that I was supposed to think that it was the worst game I'd ever played. This is neglecting the facts that: 1) all sci-fi shows/books/movies typically have plot holes or get the science wrong -- the latter irritates me to no end; 2) there is a deus ex machina ending usually in all of them (most sci-fi & fantasy I've read); and that the animation is outdated (but we knew this going in because it is for the XBox 360 and PS3, both of which are outdated and being replaced in 2 yrs).

That happened with DA2. I saw the reused dungeons and caves and areas. It wasn't a high fantasy adventure.

I do hope Bioware has learned something from this and completes an adventure in a single game next time. No import.

Haha, yes.

I enjoyed DA2 a lot then came back here to find out that I was suposed to hate it!

I'm going to ignore most of it and stick to a few choice threads while I make my way through this game.

 I imagine you'll have one half of the European and Australian Fan base avoiding the site for a few days, while the others will be cautious of what threads they click on. There may also be a few who go stir crazy like I would if I had to wait 3 days or so to get something when alot of other people already have it. Basically like when everyone in Europe got Skyward Sword before America did... (Nintendo of America and their Sunday release dates...) Also there are the people in America/Canada who ordered online and don't have delivery dates until way after the 6th. Those of you in that category have my sympathy. 

For me, I am going to the Midnight release and playing all night, then waking up and playing some more until I have to go to my class for a midterm (awful). I probably won't be on the boards until the weekend.

It would vary from time to time. 
Because generally most people from Europe are asleep during one moment, and people from USA the next. 

The boards will forever be shifting that time!

I probably won't have my copy of the game for several days after that because of getting it from online. Thus, starting March 6th, I'll probably leave BSN and not come back until I get the game and beat it. I did the same thing during the ME2 days, actually.
