The only way I know of killing team mates is doing it in real life, but I hear that's frowned upon in most areas.

Suicide near a turret, but make sure that the turret itself doesn't kill you, thus alerting your team. Wait for them to rush in and BAM! You killed your teammates. I've had a few people do this so reliably that I'm sure they were doing it on purpose.

So if there isn't friendly fire why does the characters in game voice whinge? I get shot lots when I charge in and my vanguard always complains.
