If you thought it was Gangster to go into the final battle without any upgrades and thus killing pretty much the whole crew (Very gangster) and you use that char for Mass effect 3?

Does your crew get replaced or are you pretty much ****ed?

The actual crew gets replaced by Alliance personnel, but you lose any war assets your squadmates would provide, and also probably missions they are required for.

Its going to be like the Zevran DA2 import bug. Even thou you killed then they are some how there in ME3
