I had noticed 200% is max bonus you can get because of light weapons.
Now I am just wondering, if you already got a 200% cooldown, do extra bonusses from powers still work or is 200% the maximum?
For example will the 60% reduction for Pull (Drell Adept) give me a 260%?

[Edit]
Also, can the racial passive weight reduction (RPWR) bring the weapon bonus cooldown above 200%?
Say my Asari already got 185% with a heavy pistol equipped. Does her RPWR push the bonus to 215% or cap it at 200%?

So 200% reduction is max you can get in all cases?

200% reduction is a cap of weapon weight bonus.
You still get more reduction from skill bonuses or armor modules.

You do not get more weight bonus from racial passive or racial skill bonuses to carrying capacity. It just allows you to carry that extra weight "for free", while still getting +200% weight bonus.

But because the way the formula works, going past 200% is a pretty negligible difference anyways. Diminishing returns and all that.

This proves that the salarian less weight talent is useless for Widow users.
A shame really, it really confuses players and pigeonholes good ones.

Interesting enough in some cases you can have a better cooldown bonus by carrying two weapons instead of one.

For example a Quarian with the SMG +30% bonus, would gain an additional 20% cooldown when using a Shuriken X with Ultra light V. Could be useful if you want to carry a sniper and improve your cooldown.

Same thing for humans. If you took the 2x20% bonus you would have a better cooldown by carrying a rifle + ultra light shuriken (+30% total), vs carrying only a rifle (+20%).

Thanks for the info. That seems like a pretty stupid way for the end-tree passive bonuses to work.. no wonder my human adept gets so much better cooldowns with the Disciple and Predator setup I use than my Asari

So, I understand the way this all works, but I'm struggling to get the number on my current Asari Vanguard. I've got a Katana II equipped, which should weigh (assuming weight decrease of weapons is linear) 1.43. With nothing invested in Asari Justicar, I should have 200% - 143% = 57%, but the game claims I have a +87% recharge. Then I got the first rank of Asari Justicar which has a +10 weight capacity bonus. With that bonus, I should have 200% - 143% + 10*2% = 77%, but the game claims 97%.

I only have rank 4 of Biotic Charge, rank 1 of stasis, and rank 1 of lift grenade.

What am I missing?

Asari have a base inventory size of 230 but a capped recharge rate of 200, you only see the difference below maximum recharge so in your case that's where you get the additional 30%.

230% - 143% -> +87%
+10% ->  +97%

You only get the additional +10% once per weapon and you seem to only have one weapong from what you were saying. Unless I'm missing something horribly here.
