there are many factors that would go into his kind of battle like were they many be frighting space, ships, sea, Forrest and city.
if there are allies like other N7 operatives or ODSTs.
What type of class Shepard is.
if they have been fighting.
If the chief has cortana.
What weapons they have.
If it was ship to ship and the chief did not jump out of the ship and bored the Normandy then Shepard would win but if chief got on bored the Normandy then Shepard would have a very hard fright because chiefs armour can survive outside the ship but Shepard has a bad tract record with falling out of the ship (ME2 start) so the chief could blow holes in the Normandy with out a second through while Shepard has to be careful and then you have to think about if Shepard has his crew and chief has cortana and ODST or other Spartans and if he had Spartans then it would be no contest but with only ODSTs then chief would have to hunt Shepards crew one by one while Shepard would be trying to get chief when he has his crew with him which would be extremely hard for the chief to get out let alone kill one of them, speculation but i think that ODSTs could kill any of Shepards crew that ain't apart of his squad dead while it would take a 30/1 to even have a chance to kill one of them . but all in all I think solder has a 1/5 chance of wining , tech is just dead if chief has cortana then you can kiss tech Shepard good bye .

yeah thats irrelevant cuz i feel Shepard should have started with really good armor and guns. You would think the alliance would put more effort in keeping their elite of the elite operatives safe.AgitatedLemon wrote...

You know i never got why in ME1 Shep got such crappy equipment, don't special forces get top of the line stuff, i know the Navy SEALs do. And don't say anything about the spectre stuff he had to buy his own guns and armor for christ sake.
He was a Spectre for 95% of the game. Spectre's have to buy their own equipment.
... He's just a Marine. They aren't going to outfit him with a nuke pistol and bulletproof nylon t-shirts.

And depends on the team, which upgrades Shep's had (muscle, bone and skin weave), and Shep class. Probably. I like to think my vanguard could take him, especially with her usual team of Garrus and Samara. >>

If I'm getting this right, there are a few people who seem to think that 'N7' is the name of the Special Forces unit of the Alliance, which isn't the case. N7 is simply Shepard's vocational code, not the name of a unit or organisation of the Alliance military. Its the label slapped on his personal information file that gives a shorthand explanation of what he does and how good he is at it. Its possible that they're just called "Special Forces", much like the green berets are in the US army.
Umm... No.
"N" designates Alliance Special Forces. The "7" designates what rank within said special forces, with 7 being the highest. An N7 is the elite of the elite, basically.

Congrats on missing the point. "N" isn't the official name of any unit within the Alliance, its a term relating to the MVC. Ashley's is "B4", and yet she's almost certainly a member of the general infantry. The MVC has nothing to do with the name of a unit.
