I can see where listing all the
species caused confusion. When it comes to the rachni, I don't they
would even wasn't to be a Citadel species. Krogan will probably create
their own empire. If there is peace between the quarian and geth, then I
see them rebuilding the homeworld together, ignoring the Citadel.

If
the batarians actually help, I could easily see them at least seeing
humanity's worth and rejoining the Citadel. But there's nothing
impossible about the hanar/drell, elcor, and volus being allowed greater
or equal representation after the Reaper devastation.

That's more likely, and actually doable :)

With the quick advent of the Alliance into the Council, they'll be forced to move quicker for the next members or face a wave of unpopularity amongs elcor, hanar and volus.

Operation 'Get Behind The Blinkies'

300 000 dead Batarians was a good start. Let's let them 'contribute' and seal the deal.

All I want to know is if they actuallt do have the leviathan os Dis.

This could be older that the reapers and may be a key to understanding who or what built them.

I'd quite forgotten about that..

Genetically engineered starship? That's not who built the Reapers, that IS a Reaper :D The 1 billion years old note seems off - putting, but 1) we don't know how old the Reapers really are 2) it's marked as "original estimate", which could be retconned into saying it was a wrong estimate.

Them fools are playing with a Reaper! Might explain the large number of Cannibals..

Dis.

I certainly hope we get some answers about it if we don't get to see it. According to the wiki, it was a huge corpse found in a crater. So maybe it's a reaper without its squid cover on.

Yeah I have always thought of it as patient zero. A first iteration if you will.

I think the krogan question depends on who is leading them. If it is Wrex, I expect the krogan to rejoin galactic society and to put focus on rebuilding their homeworld and the krogan species as a whole. Wreav, on the other hand, I expect fully to try and take vengeance on the salarians and turians.

If there is, it will probably be in the form of a DLC expansion. More like Operation Overlord, or Lair of the Shadow Broker, than Bring Down the Sky or Arrival: they'll need the time and space to tell a story long enough to justify making friends.

Though if it came with a Batarian squadmate, that'd be pretty sweet.

Batarians? What batarians? You mean those ugly bastards who got completely whiped out by the reapers by the time they arrive at earth?

Who has Wreav? I feel sorry for his voice actor.
I also feel sorry for those of you reading my posts. Using my phone causes lots of annoying autocorrects. I'm not that dumb, I promise.

I hope we never have to recruit a Batarian, i mean, all three backstorys for shephard include Batarians. I have never been able to be nice to them in the game, they are just not like-able.

Pretty sure I remember something from ME1 that suggested Batarians might be in a possession of a "living spaceship." Or something like that. Perhaps a Reaper?

Then again I don't remember this being followed up at all in ME2, so perhaps it's of no consequence.

Yeah, apparently you can even convince Balak to work with you, assuming he is not dead.

Nice! was hoping we get see him again after BDTS.

It tends to pay to keep people alive in mass effect...

It does indeed :) One of the reasons I tend to be nice and good in RPGs, you almost always get the better results.

This one is less of a gilded lilly, since his survival might mean the mitigation of another asset elsewhere. Whether it evens out or makes up for it isn't clear, but having saved him the best you can do is be even more Paragon and forgive.
