I just wished it actually placed me in a lobby as opposed to loading...loading...error or empty lobby.

Also active character into same level bracket is a common sense addition.

Please fix this. I've been trying to find rooms for me and my friends to play. We also need group joining as well

Wow, don't be a PC elitist. "Oh, right. This is being developed for consoles."

Console games can do a room system just as easy as PC games. Metal Gear Online has a full room system with completely customizable public rooms. Metal Gear Online even has a dedicated host option so there isn't someone running around with a 0 ping. There's dedicated servers for certain game modes and there's matchmaking as well for those that want that. It's just that the developers are too lazy and pretty much every game just has lame matchmaking. The Starhawk beta has a room system as well. Don't blame the consoles, blame the developers. I'm a console only gamer and I HATE matchmaking.

Your consoles keep holding back everyones games and this is the result. Shoddy matchmaking with no browsers.

His post you quoted kinda shot holes in your argument. Plenty of console games with proper room based matchmaking, no reason Bioware cannot do it for consoles.

Good point.

Although, I must admit, the concept of a PC Elitist who can't read is pretty damn amusing.

I'm not debating his argument. I'm well aware that consoles can have full room browsers. It's the attitude of laziness based on consoles being outdated that I was referring to.

I'm not debating can they, I'm saying Devs are going 'should they' because of **** like xbox live.

There, some perception to something that should be obvious.

Nobody is forcing Bioware to be lemmings and do whatever other companies are doing. In fact I EXPECT better game companies to put in better browsers (its one of the most infuriating parts of console gaming for me - I mean cmon, its sad that the old server browsers in Rainbow 6 Vegas put something several years later to shame).

Unfortunately the big boys keep letting me down.

Yeah I'd enjoy a browser, even a MW style lobby system. I hate all the loading screens. Would enjoy something more smooth and fluid. The first part of it is okay, Quick Play is alright, you put in what you want for map and difficulty then it's down hill after that. Loading screen to a lobby screen where the transitions are slow between screens. And the biggest **** off is when 3 people are ready and that 1 person is holding everything up and you either ahve to wait for him or kick him and start with 3 or wait for another person to join. Make it so if there are 4 people in the lobby 3 being ready will begin the countdown, only 3 in the room? 2 ready 1 not, start the countdown.
