So did I, The Illusive Man doesn't give a damn. He's an enemy no matter what choice you made. 
It's pretty common knowledge around these boards I'm afraid. 

As for main villain. Well, there'll be multiple. Reapers in general will be 'the main adversary' of course. I assume Harbinger will make an appearance, The Illusive Man will be an enemy on his own right. Maybe some others we don't know about yet?
