Why do people insist on wasting their missile launchers when the Atlas is nowhere near us and waste their medi-gel when somebody is right next to them ready to revive them? 

Does anybody else get seriously annoyed by this because in the later rounds when you get swarmed by Atlases and you need the missile launchers and medi gel?

If I die in an embarrasing fashion I use my medi-gel ASAP in an effort to hide the fact that I died.

Well, if you can take out the entire wave later on, then it is ok. But if your team mates are down and then you go down too, your embarrassment damage control costs the team an entire game.

That's something that frustrates me too, people are way too trigger happy with missile launchers. I had a team mate who shot their missile launcher after we had half of the atlas's armor gone; whether because they weren't thinking or wanted extra points (but don't understand the scoring system), who knows.

They clearly value point's over the team. I look for opportunities with missles in later rounds like when an Atlas is surrounded by lots of Cerberus or if 2 of them are next to each other so it makes the wave easier for us.

Some people are just too impatient to wait for a revive. Just to clarify I don't die and automatically press down, I try to save them for the difficult waves (8-10).

I get so angry and yell at the tv when people use one when half the armor is gone or it is nowhere near you and you have all the time in the world to blow it up.

I use medi-gel if I'm about to bleed out and we're not close to the end of the wave. The game gives it to you to use for this very reason--may as well use it.

The missiles bug me though, especially if I am playing a quick bronze game. My engineer can take an Atlas on bronze solo, no problem. No need to waste rockets.

It's actually quite easy if you have a new charater and your team doesnt understand the concept of teamwork, which I have discovered is quite common.

People insist because like others said they have like 50 and they want all the points to buff their score. On a second note are the points you score in game exp points or just a score.

Score, you get xp from beating each wave

Unless I can see I absolutely have to use one, I will hang on to them for the last couple of rounds. Getting a "kill 4 enemies" and having all 4 of them being Atlas' has happened before on wave 10 and you will be thankful you saved your rockets.

I'm almost certain score = Exp. More accurately, the total score of everyone on your team is how much EXP you get.

Once you do gold, semi-successfully you have more medigel than you can ever use up. Thermal clips 178 currently.

not everyone as higher levels chars lol.
also not everyone plays 4 in bronze.. sometimes people want to play with 2 (impatient or just thinking they're badass?)

And sometimes stuff happens. You're breezing along not really paying attention, shooting Nemesis point blank and meleeing Guardians for fun, when BOOM - Phantom stomach stab from behind.

At this point, they won't carry over to the actual game anyway. Even if I used the two you get every round I played, plus all the additional ones I get in packs, I would never come close to running out.

If you dont have a good team, and if all want only high-score(XP/Credits) and not co-op work, you can die!

The limiting factor here is the amount you can use per mission(2) instead of the total amount of medigels you have. Same applies to survival kit and missile.

I have more than 100 medigels but I'll still use them only when necessary because I can only use 2 per mission.
