How do I actually get credits to use in the MP store and do the items I buy carry over to the full game when it comes out?

You do the missions in multi-player, and the faster you do the times waves the more credits you get. Nothing is carrying over to the real game from the demo.

You get credits for doing matches, specifically from completing the objectives in waves 3, 6, and 10, and anything bought in the demo will not transfer to the full game.
