What would constitute a "Platinum" difficulty?

 What would make a platinum difficulty platinum?

For the ultimate challenge, I'd say

Friendly fire on
Ammo bins finite, but some enemies drop some ammo
Only one missle/ammo pack/survival kid/medigel
Finite number of times you can rez other players
Enemy health/dps scaleup

Any other suggestions?

Great idea, except there still should be unlimited ammo and you can rez players infinite. If you couldnt then if it was that hard there would be no way to make it to 10

All enemies replaced with ATLAS and Phantoms...

No friendly fire. it only brings griefers.

Centurions would spam smoke and grenades 80 percent of the time

Nemesis could instantly down an opponent with one shot

Atlas' take 2 missiles to destroy

Phantoms make no sound and are cloaked all the time

less wait time between rounds.
for example. all enemies have shields.. all enemies do dodge attacks at a higher rate (roll).
enemies now use weak powers like incinerate.. overload..etc..

No ammo boxes, only ammo drops from enemies.

Enemies are accurate, and ruthless tacticians.

Enemies will target the most vulnerable player.

Cobra missiles are not instant kill on larger enemies.

Resurrection can be interrupted by gunfire.

That's all I can think of. It'd be hard, but if you play with people who are accurate, smart, and utilize abilities properly, it can be done.

inversed friendly fire would work..
dude starts to shot like mad to their teammates, it inflicts damage to Themselves.
