Commander: "Now that that disturbance was taken care of by 'security' I'd like to move on to some more perks of the bounty system we've established for soldiers. Since we really take earth's security seriously, we've decided to equip you with minimal weaponry / armor / abilities until you prove that you are doing a great job and make some money, because we can afford to be selective."
Soldier 2: "I thought this was a dire threat, shouldn't we focus on beating the reapers rather than proving that we killed some random stuff?"

Commander: "Stripes. Camoflauge. Lights. You can select a variety of colors including hot pink and neon nuclear green."
Soldier 4: "How will that help us survive longer, or bring any possible tangible benefit on the field of battle?"
Commander: "It will throw the reapers off balance. Jesus someone hold the questions please. Lastly, we have repurposed these old baseball trading cards with pictures of each of our different types of troops, and getting lucky and finding your own picture will impart some valuable experience to each of you, but only if you find yourself, otherwise it will be useless to you. Just like we intended."
Soldier 5: "Screw you guys, I'm going home."

Commander: "Before you guys leave, just know that we've given you the best starter gear that we had available for you to go out and face the overwhelming force of the reapers with a disadvantage, even though we have huge stockpiles of easily accessible and more powerful guns.
