Ok, so I bought the game on Steam in December and had to reinstall it today because it wasn't working. Now I can't play because my DLC won't install. The redemption code won't work. Is there any way around this?

You only redeem DLC once, and then it is tied to your social network account. Go to the menu on the left of this page and select... Profile > Your Registered Game Content. You should see a list of the DLC tied to your account (plus some other stuff for DA2 and Mass Effect, probably).

Stupidly, I figured it out about 15 minutes after I made this post. Feeling really dumb now.
