I've been adding some people for the purpose of recruiting them
on the Mass Effect 3 app to get some extra Recruit Packs when I load up
the full-game multiplayer.



The problem is that I can't recruit any of the people that I recently
added, their names don't even show up in the search when I select Invite
Friends. Do I need to have them as a friend before I put the app up or
something?



Anybody know?

They might have started the app already, which makes them unable to be recruited.

It seems they have to delete the app previously, then you can send the invite.
