Looking for players to complete some Silver runs with. I have a 20 Soldier, 16 Infiltrator, 13 Vanguard. No mic though, so group awareness and teamwork is required.

Why don't you hope into some quick matches. I'd say 75% of the silver games I play with three or more people end in victory.

I just want a guaranteed good team with some predetermined teamwork when we start. Sometimes I get level 1s in silver, and sometimes I get tough guys who try to solo everything.

I have a lvl 20 Drellguard and a lvl 20 Asari Adept, and like the stick-like-space-glue strategy.

Quick match will do the job. You don't really need an extremely well organized team to do silver.
