There is an affidavit they have to sign if they didn't already. Most everyone who got one high-tailed out without signing one, so Nick Clifford sent them out via email this afternoon. In that agreement, you're not supposed to post story spoilers, video, copies, rips, etc. Like I've stated before, if anyone is interested, I'm sure the devs wouldn't mind if I showed you what it says.

You really think argh-pee-gee fanatics care about whether the affidavit is signed or not? You only have to look at the comments section in any gaming site/forum to see how screwed up they are. They'll have the entire game uploaded to YT within 3 days.

What she's saying is basically the NEED to have a copy of the affidavit signed and submitted to even be legal owners of their copy. If they haven't done so they aren't permitted to have the game as the rules of the promotion went. In semi-laymans terms, don't directly quote me. lol

Pretty much, that's what it means. The rules clearly state this needs to be signed BEFORE they take possession of the prize, but with how crazy everything was, that didn't happen. If they don't send that electronic copy back, then they don't actually - legally - own the game per the official rules.

There have already been people trying to upload on YouTube, from what I've been hearing, but they're being taken down pretty quickly if they do pop up. Just because they can doesn't mean it's legal, and maybe I'm just careful, but I don't like risking breaking a legally-binding contract. They have all the emails of everyone who was there, so it's not like they'd be impossible to find.

It seems that could get kinda grey if it went to court but I doubt anybody will care enough to try and push it that far.

Even though it won't stop people, they still need to make an effort so people don't go spoil the game willy nilly.

If people wanted to, there's so many ways they can if they want to.  It's not like a MMO where the servers are tracking where you are in the game.

I have some questions too, would appreciate a lot if you answered
-How is dialogue compared to ME2? is there the same quantity of options or are there just 1-2 options just like the demo?
-Are there Paragon/Renegade Interrupts in the game?
-You said the story is a bit predictable, yet do you believe it's better than ME2?
-No need to spoil anything, but did the characters/squadmates you encountered have a decent amount of screentime. I remark you saying that Wrex has a major role in the story while Jack only pops in...Does this mean that most of the ME2/ME1 chars are just cameos? Would be good to know since poor Wrex had to die in ME1 and I would hate to miss a major part of the plot
-Is there a decent amount of armor variety in the game. ME2 was really limited in armor customization and I totally hated seeing Shep wearing the same armor through the whole game

I don't know where I saw it, but I'm 100% certain that someone from Bioware (I think Casey Hudson, actually) said no to this. He actually said something wishy washy like, "would you know if you were looking at a male or female frog? So how do you know you haven't seen a female Salarian?"  But at the same time, he confirmed that they are not doing any other females, beyond the important Krogan.
