My hopes are not high, but I figured I would ask anyway.
I tried to load my two runthroughs on ME2 and both are telling me that my DLC files are corrupted, and that I cannot load them until I redownload the DLCs. I did this, and while it is letting me play a brand new game with the DLCs included, I still can't load the older games.
I should also note that the new game is being played on the Xbox Live account, and the two other characters are on a different Xbox user that is not the Xbox Live user.
Will those two possibly corrupted files still be able to import to ME3, or no?
Possible corrupt files from ME2. Will they still import?

I've had this similar problem a couple of times. When you download a piece of DLC, or anything else from the Marketplace, it becomes bound to both your gamer profile and your console ID. If you play online using your gamertag, there'll almost never be any issues whatsoever, but as soon as you're offline, you'll simply have to use the proper console to retrieve your content.
You can change which XBOX 360 is considered being the proper console by simply using the official website, but this can only be done annually. The reason I know this is because I had a bunch of problems when I bought the new slim, ported all the DLC, and then when I exchanged the slim due to a faulty DVD-reader the next day, I couldn't get my ME2 save files to work at all. It was solved with a phone call to Live support, though.
Yesterday, for no apparent reason, I could however not connect to the Cerberus Network when I wanted to play, even though I had perfect Internet connection. The console ID and everything for my DLC was correct, yet I wasn't able to start up any save. I don't know why, but it was fixed by a couple of resets.
To sum up, there shouldn't be any issues importing your save files, since they are still intact, but if you want to play them, I suggest you look into what I've written.
Hope I helped the slightest bit.

I'm okay with not playing them again. I pretty much accomplished all I intended to do, I was just trying to give myself a boost to make sure I maxed out my minerals to bring into ME3 with me.
So that's good to know.
I guess I won't really know for sure until I actually buy the game on the 6th, but thank you for your response.

Did you recently buy a new Xbox? Why don't you just transfer all your DLC licenses to the new one?
