Likely Tali and the Prothean. Or maybe Liara and the Prothean in one playthrough and Tali Garrus for another. Hard to choose.

Garrus and Liara, but I see myself sticking with Vega & Garrus or Ashley & Vega because as a Vanguard I will have a very hard time on insanity...

For me, it has to be Garrus and Kaidan on my first playthrough. Second playthrough will be Liara and Prothean.

I hate obsessed-with-shepard Mary-Sue Liara
Garrus is bland and boring
Tali is a whiny teen
I've never really liked Ashley and she thinks I'm a traitor

So I'm stuck with the new guy, aka Vega and the other new guy, Prothy. Oh well. (I don't know the spoiler squad mate and I'd like to keep it that way)

From all the Bioware Games I've played ME3 has the worst party by far.

Liara has always been an excellent addition to the squad, which is odd since she's probably had the least training. I'll need some tech powers so Tali or Garrus.

Prothean and Garrus. Would have been ash, but she was an ass back in ME2. All my favourite characters didn't make it.

I want thoroughly play with all of them but I think I'll end up with Ashley and Garrus. I'm not a big fan of Tali in combat so I most likely will almost never bring her along.
