Replaying through ME1 for the lulz when I noticed sovereign has seats and stuff where as the derelict reaper in ME2 had some ship like interior qualities.
My question is why have such things in the reapers if they are actually sentient and not just ships.
Unless they Were originally ships whose AI rebelled
Just noticed a possible plot hole of sorts in ME1

They're described on more than 1 occasion as "sentient starships".
It would make sense for them to have ship-like qualities, inside and out.
