 My disc stops installing at a certain point and i cant get it to go past is there a client or something since i already have the game registered apparently the disc was only good for one download and now that i got a new computer i cant play this game anymore :/

Yes, through Origin http://www.origin.com/us/about
Download that, log in, and then register your key to the game into Origin. Then you'll be able to download the game.
