Let's hear 'em!

What boss made you keep pressing F9 and why?

For me it was Gaxkang The Unbound. Dude is just brutal. Not only does he continue to shape shift into a revernant but the combat area is harsh. I found him to the the hardest boss in the game and he didn't even drop any good loot

:pinched:

When he did fall, sync kill for the well deserved and appreciated win!

Meh Gaxkang wasn't that hard, just took awhile. Hardest boss I dunno about hard but most annoying one was the final encounter. Stupid cliche ballista  use for killing final bosses.

My first encounter with an Revernant. Goddess, that guy throws people around like mad. Fortunately, I was able to come back later and beat him into the ground after getting a better understanding of how magic works.

Yeah first Revenant for me too. I had forgotten that you could open the gates and let the knights in

-_-. Gaxkang I burned down so fast he was trivial to me...

That's what I kept having trouble with on Gaxkang, that and his auras being on all of my party most of the time. I couldn't burn him into ash like most bosses so when I finally did take him down it was close, half my party dead. My party specialization certainly wasn't equipped for that.

hmm arl Howe´s personal **** at the castle man THAT was tough room full of bowmen and 3 melee and the boss (with the Summer Sword) I had to retreat from the room she stood with the soldiers, wait till all melee got in to the corridor with my group and the boss and close the door after em so the ranged doods weren´t able to PWN my ass, after thet I had to heal my assoff with morrigan just to keep my main chars ass alive (yes I have Morrigan with 2 healing spells) and let Zevran and Aliana and Alianas summoned bear to kill the non boss melee first and after that just DPS the boss down, tho she killed Zevran with 2 blows and after she died looted him and waited for mana/stamina to come back and used Morrigan to storm the room with fireball and swift assault to kill all the doods in the room and that was that....took allmost 30 minutes to do this in Tactical Mode, had to use pause all the time... but it was allso fun!

The first room was crazy, yes omg. At least if you still had your disguises on. If you didn't for some reason the entourage was in a different room entirely.

If you ran in swords swinging it was a death wish. You had to pull that bozo women into the other room. Those archer encounters where they are lined up and you can't pull them are lame. There was another one of those encounters in the palace near the end. Talk about lame.

Honestly I was pissed about that fight if you pull her back it's easy as hell, but only because no one other than her elite guards will follow her, the 20 some archers and two mages just stand there like idiots and don't follow. If you were forced to fight in that room there'd be no way to live.

Hm, probably Brood Mother. Went to Orzammar first and had a really hard time fighting her with a 4 Warrior party sans healer, at about lvl 10. Gaxkang went down comparably smooth.

I guess it's all about how and especially when you do certain bosses

I did Gaxkang near the end I was in the high teens or maybe 20. Maybe doing it without a healer and a gimped archer main was the issue.

For me I was hitting the F9 button constant whilest trying to take out he gangs, course I was trying to do this with a archer, 2 tanks and healer. Figured out if you switch for a shapeshifter then the job on taking out the achers becomes much easier.

I beat the Revenant by the skin of my teeth. Morrigon had to turn into a spider and I wasted countless health potions. Luckily with the respec mod the next time I encounter a Revenant I'll rip him a new one!
