I've played all the classes up to silver difficulty, and the only things that felt under-powered were the Revenant, the Claymore, and the soldier adrenaline move.
Everything else, particularly Engineer and the human Vanguard, were extremely powerful once maxed out.
The Asari Adept's "stasis" could probably stand to gain a longer cooldown as well.
Beyond that, all of the classes are very powerful when maxed, and most of the weapons can be molded into fantastic tools. The enemies are just about where they need to be, difficulty wise.
Please don't nerf anything

linked to the single player campaign.

Not only that, but there are even more weapons which put pistols to shame. M99 Saber anyone? The N7 Hurricane also looks extremely promising. (Provided N7 weapons will be in multi.A SILENT EMU wrote...

Turrets are good as they are.
Using the missile to kill the Atlas is overpowered. It would be better if the missile had a larger blast radius as a tradeoff to reducing its power just short of detonating an Atlas.
While I don't think it is necessary to change the Phantoms, the difficulty level goes through the roof when multiple phantoms swarm the players. Their melee kills seem overpowered and it is very difficult to recover with a med pack if a phantom is next to you.
Asari can make quick work of just about anything. Their ability to drop guardian riot shields by using stasis is overpowered and is the only thing I think should be removed, assuming everything else stays the same.
Sniper rifles seem weak.
That's all I can think of at the moment.

Those of you complaining about Carinfex. Please see an M55 Scorpion before asking to nerf carnifex. Carnifex will seem vastly underpowered when compared with Scorpion. Just played a gold match and a teammate human vanguard had a scorpion. He was one-shotting three enemies (including phantoms) at a time with that OP peice of uber ****e.
